This exclusive use property takes its design inspiration from the rock-hewn churches of Ethiopia made with local stone and timber. Nestled into the expansive rolling landscape, Arijiju feeds a love of raw materials and the environment with complimentary grassed roofs and solar power being the primary source of energy.
The main house features three stunningly decorated suites that share a beautiful courtyard garden. From this lavender and herb filled garden you are able to access the living space, kitchen, games room, library and even a cinema, all connected by exquisitely decorated stone walkways that lead to the swimming pool and poolside bar. Arijiju is based in the Borana Lewa Conservancy in Northern Kenya.
You can reach Arijiju by shared scheduled flight to the Lewa Airstrip which is then a 90 minutes drive to the property. Alternatively you can take a private charter to the Borana Airstrip which is only 15 minutes from Arijiju, or charter a private helicopter to land directly at the property.
