Rooms and suites are well-appointed and cosy, many enjoying views towards the dramatic Alberta mountains. (We definitely recommend opting for one with mountain views to make the most of the property's stunning location!) All of the rooms are comfortably furnished and come with cable television and coffee/tea making facilities. Interconnecting rooms are available and rollaway beds can be accommodated in a number of rooms and suites.
Banff is all about the outdoors experience, and with plenty to offer all year round, whether you choose to visit in winter or summer you will be guaranteed a memorable stay. Families will love the endless activities which include snowshoeing and dog-sledding throughout snowy winters and rafting, horse-riding and cycling in the warmer summers. There is also a kids club for ages 6-13 which provides plenty of entertainment and a varied activity programme. Those in need of relaxation are far from neglected with the Fairmont's award-winning Willow Stream Spa; enjoy a soak in the mineral pools or a soothing treatment from the extensive menu. Keep your eye out for Sam the helpful spirit. Sam used to be head bellman and stories have circulated of him being helpful to staff or guests, haunting his old office (now a guest room) on the mezzanine floor as well as accompanying guests in the lift!
