This full day tour will start promptly at 8am at the Giant Panda Breeding Research Base. This is the best time of day to view these cuddly creatures and guests to get there early can have the opportunity to witness feeding time. Take time to explore this breeding center, an NGO which is focusing on growing the numbers of these endangered animals. You'll spend about two to three hours here including a visit to the museum.

Later, head to the Bamboo Park where you'll find the Wangjiang Pavilion, a memorial to one of China's most famous poets, Xue Tao. According to history, she wrote over 500 poems which often make reference to bamboo. Here in this romantic garden, there are over 230 varieties of Bamboo, so take time here to enjoy its tranquillity.
