Under guidance from a Tai Chi master you’ll learn the theories and motions of this ancient Chinese tradition, seen as essential to a healthy life and to attaining a balance of yin and yang. Aimed at helping with mental focus, breathing and relaxation, you’ll learn a series of postures and movements before putting these into practice with an hour of Tai Chi surrounded by the beautiful landscape of the park, and beyond that, the sparkling Shanghai skyline.
