The Hotel Vier Jahreszeiten Kempinski is arguably Munich's most famous and best established luxury hotel. Built in 1858, the hotel occupies one of the grandest buildings on Munich's grandest street, Maximillianstrasse.

Hotel Vier Jahreszeiten Kempinski has hosted VIPs and dignitaries from all over the world for decades. Famous past guests range from Placido Domingo to P Diddy, and from Winston Churchill to Elton John.

The hotel's location is perfect for exploring the city: close to the designer stores of Maximillianstrasse (Hermes and Chanel are just across the road) and a short walk from the Hofgarten, Munich's most central city park. Munich's main Square, Marienplatz, is about 6 minutes' walk from the hotel, and the Bavarian State Opera House is just a couple of hundred metres away.
