As the only all-suite hotel in Whistler, The Westin Resort & Spa is the ideal base for a luxury ski holiday in this world class resort. With a superb location at the base of Whistler mountain, it has direct access to the skiing and village.

When it comes to location, The Westin Resort & Spa in Whistler takes some beating. Access to the incredible skiing that Whistler is renowned for could not be easier, as the hotel is literally at the base of both the Whistler and Blackcomb gondolas which whisk skiers up the mountain in minutes. The children's ski school is only 20m from the hotel, making it perfect for families with younger children. And just a few steps from the hotel brings you to the very heart of Whistler village, with its extensive range of bars, restaurants and shops.

Uniquely composed of 419 suites, which have all recently been updated, the great thing about this hotel is that all the rooms have full and well-equipped kitchens, which is particularly useful for families. Couple that with the outstanding on-site facilities: magnificent spa, large gym, indoor and outdoor pools, pizza oven, ski rental shop, restaurant and bar and you'll barely need to leave the hotel! But of course you must, as Whistler has so much to offer. The skiing is world class and the resort is, of course, best known for hosting the 2010 Winter Olympics. There are a multitude of activities to get involved in away from the slopes: zip trekking, snow tubing, dog sledding, heliskiing - try and fit in as many as you can as it's definitely worth it.

Dining is an equally important pass time and the on-site Grill & Vine restaurant serves up classic North American dishes with a firm commitment to using fresh ingredients sourced from local farmers. FireRock Lounge is the ideal spot for some après drinks and snacks to share.
