Wayo Africa are one of a select number of operators permitted to run walking safaris within the Serengeti National Park. The camp is small and intimate, located in remote areas but still maintaining high levels of comfort.

Wayo Africa's walking camp is made up of 3 man dome style tents with comfy 4-inch mattresses on the ground, plus plenty of bedding to keep you warm and comfortable!
The focus is on walking at Wayo, and Wayo Africa have access to a massive and remote area of the Serengeti, where the landscape consists of rolling hills, streams and springs, grassland plains, and acacia forests. Kopjes complete the landscape and provide excellent areas for the camps to be set up.
All walks are accompanied by an armed ranger from the National Park, plus your fully qualified walking guide. This is a superb way to see the Serengeti from a different perspective.
