Remote E-Biking Adventure at Stillpoint Lodge
Incorporating a scenic boat trip and fabulous wilderness hike, this full day e-biking adventure is a fun way to explore the remote landscapes of Alaska, enjoying a chance to visit both the Alaskan towns of Homer and Seldovia along the way.
This multi-activity tour begins with a 35-minute boat trip, before collecting the ebikes for a guided ride along the remote logging roads to the charming fishing village of Seldovia. After lunch in the village, there’s the option for a berry-picking hike through an ancient spruce forest to a secluded beach. The ride also takes in Homer Spit, a 5-mile-long finger of land that extends into Kachemak Bay. Cycling the paved bike trail along the spit, surrounded by ocean is a wonderful experience. The ride concludes with a relaxing boat ride back from Homer to the lodge.
The biking is electric assisted and is easy-to-moderate along firm gravel paths, with three steep climbs and a fun downhill descent at the end.
