Like much of the accommodation in Borneo, the rooms at Sepilok Nature Resort are fairly basic. However they do have air-conditioning and overhead fans, as well as en-suite bathrooms and verandas which either look over the lake or into the rainforest. There are two duplex bungalows, which have a downstairs bedroom and upstairs living room, and the design is also a bit more polished versus the standard chalets.
There is a restaurant in the resort's main building, serving local and international dishes. There is both indoor and outdoor seating, and whilst the resort does not have a swimming pool, there is a deck with some sunbeds.
