The Grand Hyatt is very much the new place to stay in Kuala Lumpur. The rooms start on higher floors so they all have wonderful views from their floor to ceiling windows. Rooms are also the largest in the city and they really do feel quite spacious with lots of natural light and modern amenities. Deluxe rooms are particularly appealing as they are corner rooms and dual views which really paint Kuala Lumpur at its best. Even if you don't stay here, you should dine at Thirty8, a restaurant on the 38th floor with 360 degrees views of the city and a variety of cuisine to choose from their open-air kitchens so you can see the chefs create their masterpieces.

The Grand Hyatt is located right in the centre of the City, with stunning views across the city and of the Twin Towers. The hotel is only in its third year, making it very luxurious and immaculate in every way. It has a rather corporate feel to it, with a very grand entrance hall and the first 24 floors are offices. This does allow for better views from some of the restaurants and rooms as these are all on the higher levels. The suites and bedrooms are beautifully designed; the bedrooms are a good size and the bathrooms are very light with stunning marble floors.
