The Palacina, a small family owned and run boutique hotel, is in the heart of a residential suburb within Nairobi. At just 10km/6 miles from the centre of town and 27kms/17 miles from the Airport, it is in a great location for an overnight stop over.

The Palacina Hotel is located in the tranquil gardens of the State House Valley, a residential area, a short distance from Nairobi's Central Business District. The hotel prides itself on its small friendly atmosphere, where nothing is too much trouble for the staff. The Palacina has just 14 luxury suites including two stunning penthouse suites. Each of the suites is over 140 square metres in size, with a separate living room, en-suite bathroom, dresser and a private furnished balcony. Decorated in calming natural colour tones, teak woods and crisp cotton bed linen. The suites are luxuriously appointed and meticulously planned to include state-of-the-art facilities.

The Moonflower Restaurant serves a delicious fusion of Mediterranean and Swahili cuisine. The Palacina provides an excellent stop over for stays before going on safari or on the way to the beach, for guests not wanting to be too far from either Jomo Kenyatta Airport or Wilson Airport.

Located in the tranquil gardens of the State House Valley, Palacina is the ideal venue for those who wish to be centrally located but away from the traffic and noise of Nairobi. Set amongst beautiful gardens with views over the State House Valley Palacina.

It is an 8-hour 30-minute international flight to Nairobi Jomo Kenyatta International Airport. The distance from the Airport to Palacina is 27km's, a 20-minute journey by road.
