From the quaint fishing port of Aliki on the southern tip of Paros to the inland traditional village of Marpissa and back, this is a moderate difficulty e-bike tour on paved roads & dirt tracks. Ride on the hills above Aliki bay to enjoy beautiful vistas of the island’s lace-like southeast coastline and the nearby islands as you ride by the sea. After passing the small villages of Angeria and Dryos, visit the renowned sandy beaches of Chryssi Akti, Logaras & Piso Livadi. Next comes the village of Marpissa with its rich Cycladic character, best explored on foot: labyrinthine narrow streets, white cubes of houses, shady arched passages, and beautiful old churches. After Marpissa, begin your return journey through the countryside, riding on gently rolling hills in the farming community of Tzannes & Drios. The southbound return route also includes the pristine sandy beaches of Glyfa, Tripiti, and Farangas, as well as a 'secret cove' with a marble-pebbled beach and spectacular ocean views (swimming opportunities abound!). This amazing ride concludes at Aliki port, where you have the option to enjoy a tasty seafood lunch by the fishermen's 'caiques' (traditional wooden boats) moored nearby.
