With a dramatic cliff-side location overlooking the caldera, Katikies Kirini is just a short stroll from the pretty town of Oia with its winding cobbled streets, white-washed houses and spectacular sunset views.
Poised on the cliff side overlooking the caldera, Katikies Kirini features simple yet beautifully-finished suites in the traditional Cycladic style. Each of the suites has its own private terrace with spectacular views of the volcano islands and across the turquoise waters of the Aegean.
The suites themselves are carved into the rock face and as such each one is unique in size and shape. All are painted white and artfully decorated to ensure the rooms feel bright and airy. The hotel is spread over several levels, leading down to the swimming pool and lounge area, still set high above the sea. The views are stunning from every aspect while the patio bar is an ideal place to relax in the early evening with a cocktail as the light fades.
The Santorini sunset is one of the most iconic images of the island and the best place to see the sun dip into the ocean is the western tip of Oia. This picturesque town is just a short stroll from the hotel and its winding cobbled streets are lined with boutiques and traditional restaurants.

Katikies Kirini has seven categories of suites, starting from a Junior Suite. All Suites feature air-conditioning, satellite TV, iPod music player, bathrobes, slippers, and luxurious bath amenities. Junior Suites and Senior Suites have a built-in bathtub or shower and private veranda with sea view, while the higher suite categories also have a Jacuzzi, either in the bathroom or on the private terrace.
Junior Suites measure approximately 30 sqm, with a spacious open-plan bedroom and living area. The bathroom has a built-in bathtub or shower, and outside there is a private veranda with a beautiful view across the Caldera.
Expect total serenity in the magnificent Senior Suites. Measuring 35 sqm, there is a separate bedroom and living room, and a private veranda with a Caldera view.

The Wet Junior Suites have a spacious, open-plan bedroom and living area, while outside on the veranda there is a private Jacuzzi. The approximate size of these suites is 30 sqm.
Superior Suites measure 40 sqm, offering a large open-plan bedroom, living room and dining area, as well as an indoor Jacuzzi. There is a private terrace with beautiful sea views across the Caldera.
The Honeymoon Suite at Kirini Suites and Spa measures 40 sqm with a spacious bedroom and living room, and a large veranda. There is an outdoor Jacuzzi offering beautiful sea views.
The Kirini Suite measures 45 sqm, with a large bedroom and separate living room and dining area. The bathroom has an indoor Jacuzzi, while there is a small plunge pool located on the private veranda.
Measuring 40 sqm, the Master Suite offers ample space for a couple, with a large open-plan bedroom and living room. Outside, the veranda boasts a private pool, offering fantastic views of the Caldera.
Due to the hotel's cliff-side location children under 13 years are not permitted to stay at Katikies Kirini.
The hotel's main restaurant, Anthos Restaurant, is carved into the side of the cliff and also features a wine cellar with an excellent selection of Greek and international wines. The menu is based on traditional Mediterranean fare with an emphasis on seasonal products from both Santorini and the surrounding sea. The hotel also has a small cocktail bar on the decked terrace with stunning views across the caldera and out to sea.
The spa at Katikies Kirini offers a range of treatments, including massages and facials. Using Ligne St Barth products, A. Spa provides the ultimate in relaxation. For those looking to keep active, there is a gym with state-of-the-art Technogym equipment.

Kirini is an absolutely beautiful hotel with really lovely rooms, incredible views of course, really charming staff and an excellent spa. The whole place has a very natural and relaxed feel to it, yet the service is of high importance! The location is great, within walking distance to the infamous Oia; it's lovely boutiques and of course the unmissable sunsets.
