One of my favourite cities that I hold close to my heart is Havana, Cuba. My curiosity and fascination for the Latin America region was first ignited after reading The Motorcycle Diaries when I was younger, and arriving in Cuba felt like a culmination of a great lesson in the history of revolution. I felt like I had taken a step back in time as I walked down the streets of Havana, marvelling at the distinctly vivid colours of the vintage cars zooming by. My favourite experiences are always exploring places off the beaten tracks, and to dine where the locals do as I have a strong belief that food always brings people together.

Travelling has allowed me to explore and embrace new destinations, cultures, food, people, and perspectives, but the most important and fulfilling journey I have found is the one within, discovering yourself as you discover the world. I am most looking forward to exploring the ends of the globe next, the Arctic and Antarctica regions!
