You will begin early, meeting your chef to travel to Chiang Sean’s bustling food market. Here your expert Thai chef will pick up the fresh produce, spices and herbs you’ll be cooking with. Soak up the early morning atmosphere as you enjoy a coffee with the locals. Visit Chiang Sean’s historic Wat Chedi Luang before feasting on a delicious picnic breakfast in this historic temple’s grounds.
You will return to the resort and head to the herb and vegetable garden. Here learn about the different regional dishes in Thailand and the health benefits which we should all incorporate into our diet.
Take your pick from a menu of authentic regional recipes from across Thailand. You will then head to the professional cooking school under Sala Mae Nam restaurant where you will make your own dishes before sampling them for yourself.
