Mansion Alcazar has 14 guest rooms and 2 suites, each tastefully furnished, some in elegant colonial style and others with a slightly more contemporary feel. There are three single rooms, all of which overlook the central courtyard and come with an LCD TV and en-suite bathroom with shower. Garden rooms are furnished with king-size beds and enjoy views over the beautiful gardens. Double rooms have queen size or twin beds and overlook either the garden or patio and the two Deluxe Suites boast king-size beds, a separate living room and garden views. Extra beds can be added for an additional charge.


Facilities at Mansion Alcazar include a renowned restaurant which serves up a menu of Ecuadorian classics and international dishes whilst enjoying views over the hotel gardens. There is also a bar where you can enjoy refreshing cocktails and specialty drinks in elegant surroundings.

The hotel spa offers a selection of natural treatments which include grape skin therapy and plant stem cell therapy.


Cuenca, famed for its colorful flower market and panama hats, is a treasure trove of delightful plazas and beautiful churches which make for enjoyable strolls.
