Behind the Scenes of Angkor

We invite you to go behind-the-scenes of Angkor with the German Apsara Conservation Project (GACP) which offers the exclusive opportunity to learn about the ongoing conservation work. You'll get to meet the conservation team at sites currently being worked on, often closed off to the general public.
Sites visited will vary depending on their project work at the time, but guests have previously had the privilege to scale the scaffolding of Angkor Wat and sit alongside the team at Prasat Kravan, entering the closed-off sections of the temple to see their work and learn about the techniques and challenges to their role first hand.
Please note you are required to wear clothing that covers your shoulders and below the knee.
