  1. Fly to Entebbe

  2. Days 1-2: Entebbe

Your itinerary starts in Entebbe, where you have a one-night stay in anticipation of tomorrow's adventure. Unwind by the turquoise waters of the swimming pool, explore the nearby botanical gardens or relax with dinner overlooking Lake Victoria.

Accommodation: The Boma Hotel (1 night)

  3. Days 2-4: Kibale Forest, Uganda

This morning you will embark on your journey to Kibale through interesting towns and villages on a private transfer. In Kibale you will have the chance to trek through the forest in search of its most famous inhabitant, the chimpanzee. Join your expert guide and explore the forest's paths, keeping your eyes peeled for not just the chimpanzee, but also bush pig and forest elephant. Walk through Bigodi Swamp in search of a variety of monkey and the great blue turaco, amongst many other bird species in this expansive wetland.

    Accommodation: Kyaninga Lodge (2 nights)

  4. Days 4-6: Queen Elizabeth National Park

From Kibale, drive up to Queen Elizabeth National Park and head for the Ishasha region, in the remote, southern sector of the park. Here you can experience safari from the comfort of your private vehicle, and look out for elephant, buffalo and of course the park's lion. Other activities available include a cruise on the Kazinga channel home to vast numbers of hippos, elephants, crocodiles and impressive numbers of birds, as well as intimate bush breakfasts and dinners.
