Activities at Madikwe Safari Lodge

Madikwe is not only home to the “Big 5” but there are also opportunities to see the ever-elusive cheetah and African Wild dog, in order to give you as many wildlife viewing opportunities as possible, Madikwe Safari Lodge will take you on twice daily game drives with their expert guides in search of the plethora of wildlife this reserve has on offer- don’t forget your camera!
Those wanting to get closer to nature can join interesting guided bush walks where you learn more about the flora and fauna you wouldn’t notice when on the safari vehicle.

For families, Madikwe Safari Lodge is a place to experience something magical together and there are a host of activities offered where kids can partake in painting, drawing, baking, dung tracking, making plaster casts out of footprints, the chance to meet some of the smaller live residence from the reserve and so much more.

When not out on safari, guests can indulge in the selection of body treatments at the on site spa looking out over the reserve- spa treatments are an additional cost.
