Viceroy Riviera Maya, formerly The Tides Riviera Maya, is an understated and luxurious hideaway set amongst tropical jungle overlooking seven miles of secluded white sand beaches and the turquoise waters of the Caribbean. The excellence of the staff at Viceroy Riviera Maya is particularly noticeable in their efforts to make your stay as perfect as possible, they are subtle yet attentive in registering and acting upon your needs and preferences.

There are 41 individual thatched villas, each built of wood and stone in keeping with the region. Each villa has its own private plunge pool around which guests may enjoy a romantic candlelit dinner. The three-bedroom Presidential suite stretches over two floors with its own private butler and chef to see to all your culinary needs. The villas are spread throughout the jungle to give them an element of seclusion.

There is an excellent health spa which offers treatments such as the ancient Temazcal cleansing herb bath and an award winning restaurant serving a delicious fusion of Mexican and Mediterranean cuisines. At night only torches light the grounds providing a truly romantic atmosphere.

Why not visit one of the many Mayan ruins in the area, go horse riding along the beach, and snorkelling or scuba diving in the crystal clear waters of the ocean.
