Amanzoe is a 41 all-suite luxury resort and spa, with eight beautiful villas, located on the east coast of the Peloponnese. The resort is set up on a hillside overlooking the bay and offers 360-degree panoramic views out to sea and across the surrounding mountains.
All of the 41 suites feature their own private swimming pool, the Pool Pavilions offer a 6-metre pool and Deluxe Pavilions a 12-metre pool. Pavilions are all free standing and offer guests maximum seclusion as well as stunning views over the surrounding valleys or the glistening Aegean. Each pavilion offers a large open-plan space consisting of a living room and bedroom with king-size bed. Bathrooms are enormous with a sunken bathtub and separate his-and-hers dressing areas. An outdoor terrace offers the opportunity to sunbathe or indulge in a private dinner during your stay.
The Beach Cabanas are a great option for guests who prefer to stay directly on the beach itself. Each comes with its own private terrace, garden and 9.5-metre swimming pool, and offers direct access to the private sandy beach.
Amanzoe also has a small selection of private villas ranging from one to nine bedrooms within the hotel grounds, which are ideal for larger families or guests looking for ultimate seclusion whilst still benefiting from access to the superb hotel facilities. A dedicated chef and host are on-hand to look after villa guests in complete privacy and each villa comes with an outdoor heated pool overlooking the surrounding olive groves.
If you decide to venture out of your room you can head to the hotel's private beach club located a 10-minute drive away from the main hotel. Alternatively, guests can stroll (30 minutes) or jump on the hotel's complimentary mountain bikes for a 10-minute downhill ride to the private beach area. The beach club provides two swimming pools set by the sea, ample sun loungers for guests wishing to relax and a variety of water sports for the more active. The Beach Club restaurant provides a fantastic setting to enjoy an al-fresco lunch by the sea or for refreshments throughout the day.
Dining at Amanzoe consists of contemporary Greek, Mediterranean and Asian cuisine. The main restaurant has an outside-inside concept with spectacular views out over the bay and a delicious and fresh Meditteranean menu for breakfast, lunch and dinner. The Pool Restaurant offers a dinner menu of Asian specialities and the Beach Club is more of a meze-style relaxed lunchtime affair with local Greek specialities and fresh seafood.
The Aman Spa has nine treatment rooms, two hammams and a watsu pool. The spa uses its own range of natural skincare products for treatments which range from massages, facials and scrubs to more specialist ancient Greek beauty rituals. The yoga pavilion has breathtaking countryside views and offers private sunrise yoga or Pilates sessions, and for those feeling more energetic, the fitness centre is well equipped and offers personal training sessions for guests. There are also two floodlit tennis courts available at Amanzoe.
Amanzoe is a peaceful, stunning and relaxing retreat, a must for those guests wishing to indulge themselves in luxury and comfort whilst enjoying the delights of this beautiful part of Greece and the panoramic views of the Aegean.
