All guests are members of the Shape Club which offers four wellness programmes – Weight Loss, Detox, Sport and Better Aging. These are delivered by an army of experts and focus on weight loss cuisine, bespoke fitness programmes and targeted treatments. Facilities include an extensive fitness room, exercise studios, heated pool, saunas, steam room, snow shower, along with treatment and consultation rooms. Guests can also enjoy yoga, Pilates, mountain biking, water sports and hiking the scenic hillside trails.

The service is discreet and attentive and there is a fantastic concierge service. Guests choose from 53 beautifully appointed rooms and suites located in a series of ‘houses.’ All are spacious and feature a private terrace with either Mediterranean or hillside views. Standard amenities include luxurious beds, Wi-Fi, climate control, desk for remote working, marble bathrooms with walk-in shower and bathtub, robes, slippers and Dyson hairdryer.
Suites sleep up to three guests and feature a living room, bedroom and two bathrooms, one with shower and one with a tub. For indoor/outdoor living at its finest, trade up to the hotel’s signature suite, the Lily, or for a private garden and pool, book one of eight Pool Suites. Loft and Gigaro Pool Suites sleep up to three guests, while Villa Pool Suites and Villa W provide exclusive accommodation for up to six.
Guests enjoy a range of nutritional gastronomy during their stay, created with fresh, seasonal and local produce. The all-day Clubhouse Restaurant serves light snacks and meals designed to support weight loss goals, while the casually elegant Vista Restaurant serves highly accomplished Mediterranean dishes. Down on the beach, head to Brigantine for excellent traditional Italian cuisine or for more relaxed Italian fare, Pépé serves snacks and drinks. The hotel enjoys a private beach on the Plage de Gigaro, where the Beach Club provides loungers, water sports, drinks and snacks.
