Guests enjoy cosy communal spaces with comfortable sofas, crackling fire, furry throws, and fabulous views across the Tarentaise Valley. Wi-Fi is available throughout the chalet. After a day on the mountains, tired muscles can be revived with a spell in the Finnish sauna and steam room, a swim in the indoor saltwater pool or a soak in the outdoor hot tub overlooking the Mont Pourri glacier. Guestrooms are infused with rustic charm and equipped with all the comforts of home, making them ideal for rest and relaxation.

Meals are a highlight, and guests enjoy exceptional cuisine created from locally sourced produce, served with local wines and génépi. Guests can also enjoy a trip to the Alpage, a former sheep herder’s hut, only accessible on foot, ski, or snowshoe, to savour an atmospheric and memorable candlelit dinner.

Eleven offers a pre-arrival planning meeting with the Experience Team before each trip, which allows them to refine the activities, equipment, and menus to suit individual guests, as part of their mission to deliver a series of best-day-ever experiences. Rates include all equipment, lift passes, chef cooked breakfast, après, dinner, house alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks. During the winter season (December to April), one guided activity is included each day including on and off-piste skiing, ski touring, ice climbing and snowshoeing. There is an additional charge for cross country skiing, paragliding, dog sledding and heli-tours. Heli-skiers can book the Heli-Skiing Experience (available January to April), for up to six daily drops at Italian bases (heli-skiing is not legal in France) or it can be booked as a separate chargeable activity.
