The 'asado' is an integral part of Argentine culture, an event in itself, the English translation 'barbeque' doesn't really do it justice. Here at Fogón in the trendy Palermo district you’ll discover the asado tradition through a sociable closed-door experience, where classics are served up with an interesting twist. Sat up at the bar, facing the chefs and the open grill, you'll be able to see and smell the delights of the different cooking techniques, with only the best cuts of meat and roasted seasonal vegetables.
The evening promises to be a fun and memorable experience. There is a host and the engaging grill-masters speak English but this is designed to be an authentic, immersive experience. Wines have been carefully curated to pair with the dishes on the menu, and to elevate the flavours whilst introducing you to some of Argentina's best boutique wines. Be sure to leave room for something sweet at the end! Arrive hungry, this evening includes an eight-course tasting menu, welcome cocktail and wines to match each dish.
