We've cherry picked some of our favorite recipes served to chalet guests into one glorious cookbook so that you can recreate these delicious dishes back at home. Bon appétit!
Since our first luxury catered ski chalets opened in the Alps in 1986, our guests have repeatedly asked our chefs to write down their recipes so they can take them home. Now we've created a cookbook of our favorites dishes so that you can try them out for yourself.
