Gulinu has been making pastizzi for a lifetime. Before he retired, he used to sell these pastries from a shop in the village of Rabat but now he and Nancy mainly work from home. The saying in Malta goes 'sold like pastizzi', which shows the popularity of this traditional snack with the locals.
