Ciasa Salares has its own Cheese Room, with no less than 70 different cheeses, and a member of the hotel's Cheese Team will expertly guide you through the varieties. And guests simply have to visit the Chocolate Room, this room houses 40 sorts of fine chocolate, for tasting and buying, from fig covered chocolate to 100% dark chocolate. Fresh fruit skewers can be dipped into pure Venezuelan chocolate from the room's own fountain. You'll need to ski quite hard to work it all off.
The Dolomites are situated in the Southern Alps in the north of Italy. The ski domain is known as the Dolomiti Superski and consists of 460 lifts and 760 miles of ski runs.
