Mountain biking on the snow - Scott Dunn Suggests
Val Thorens, France
Experience a new way of getting down the slopes - on a mountain bike!
Starting at an altitude of 3000m, at the foot of the Péclet glacier, you'll hurtle down 700m on the Tête Ronde piste. Guided by a qualified instructor, Gérald Bigot, every Wednesday, Thursday and Friday evening, once the pistes are closed, this is not your average bike ride!
Groups are typically anything from five to 10 people, and all equipment is provided, including helmets and other protective gear. And when you get down to the bottom, a glass of mulled wine will be waiting for you.
40€ per descent with a valid ski pass
50€ per descent without a ski pass.
