Heli-skiing in Val d'Isère
The extensive heli-ski areas, including Col Du Petit St Bernard, Valgrisenche and Cervinia, are all microclimates and benefit from a higher than average European snowfall.
With altitudes of up to 3,740 meters, over 30 landing sites and vertical drops of up to 2,400 vertical meters in over 120 square miles of undulating powder fields, tree runs, couloirs, wind lips and steep descents. Val Heliski cater for red run off-piste skiers and above.
Equally if you enjoy ski or splitboard touring there is the option to stay in a refuge overnight.
You have the option of a 1/2 day or a full day which offers the chance to dip your toes in and experience heliskiing for the first time with committing to a full week. Once you've found your powder legs you can take the plunge and head to British Columbia for a heli-ski experience of a lifetime.
