Cooking masterclass at Ponta dos Ganchos

This fantastic foodie experience will give you the opportunity to cook alongside Ponta dos Ganchos' chef, José Nero, creating some mouthwatering seafood dishes and local Brazilian specialties.
Start in the morning with a guided tour of the Ponta dos Ganchos organic kitchen gardens, where many of the herbs and ingredients used in the menu are grown. Pick up some tips on how to recreate the growing process back home and select some ingredients to be used in your cookery class. You will then head over onto the island, where you will be taught how to select the best and freshest seafood, as well as the methods for preparing and grilling it. Sample your final dishes at the end as a reward for the morning's work.
