Beautifully located between the scenic Tramuntana Mountains and the warm waters of the Mediterranean, St Regis Mardavall offers a range of high-end rooms and suites with butler service, exceptional gastronomy, destination spa, excellent kids’ club and plenty of leisure activities to suit all ages and fitness levels.

The 125 guestrooms and suites are housed in four terracotta-hued low-rise buildings, all with large private terraces or balconies with an alluring Mediterranean vista. Expect clean lines, contemporary design, tasteful furnishings, wonderful attention to detail and marble bathrooms. Family Rooms sleep up to four and most room categories offer connectivity. The opulent one or two-bedroom suites offer separate bedroom and living rooms, along with optional extras including private pool and whirlpool tubs on the terrace. All suites include 24/7 butler service.

Gastronomy is a highlight of a stay at the Mardavall and dining options include the Michelin-starred Es Fum Restaurant, serving exquisite Spanish seasonal cuisine. The main Terra Restaurant has a farm-to-table ethos specialising in accomplished Spanish and Mediterranean flavours. Head to the Mar Sea Club for Signature crafted cocktails, fresh summer dishes and stunning views at one of the finest address’ of Mallorca, while the stylish but relaxed St Regis Bar in the hotel lobby showcases fabulous art, and an attractive terrace perfect for socialising over delightful cocktails and delicate snacks. Do try a Mediterranean version of the famous St Regis New York Bloody Mary cocktail, the Mardavall Pepper Snapper.

Children are exceptionally well catered for and enjoy their own buffet-style restaurant, Brisas. The dedicated Explorers Club boasts two pools, sandpit, playground, and runs a full programme of fun activities including pirate events, treasure hunts, arts and crafts, as well as cookery sessions. With the children entertained, parents can enjoy some downtime in the tranquil spa, one of the largest in Europe. With an emphasis on holistic health, treatments combine the best of both Far Eastern and Western therapies. Facilities include Jacuzzi, sauna, Egyptian brine bath, hydro pool, jet shower and ice cave, as well as a state-of-the-art fitness centre.

The grounds are a feature of the property, expertly landscaped with colourful planting and shady nooks. Centre-stage is a spectacular three-tiered cascading pool, lined with comfortable loungers. For the more active, there is a jogging track, plenty of water sport fun including stand-up paddleboarding, snorkelling, and jet skis. Guests can also embark on bespoke adventures onboard the St Regis electric boat, the first electric luxury llaut on the island. A great destination for golfers, Golf Son Muntaner, Golf Son Vida, and Golf Son Quint are within a 15-minute drive, and Mardavall guests enjoy special green fee rates, preferred tee times and exclusive caddy services.
