    The best time to visit the Himalaya is from March to May and September to November. You'll get the best weather for trekking and sightseeing during these periods.

    Try to avoid July and August as many regions experience heavy rain.

  • What level of fitness do I need to trek in the Himalaya?

    Trekking in the Himalaya requires a moderate-to-high level of fitness, depending on the hike you choose.

    We recommend regular physical activity and training before your trip. However, we can arrange treks with varying difficulties to accommodate different fitness levels.

  • How long are your Himalaya holidays?

    When you choose Scott Dunn, you're not restricted by set tour lengths – you can go for as long as you like. We find that most of our guests visit the Himalaya for around 10 days, but we'll tailor your itinerary no matter how long you have.
