Imagine Travel was a unique, specialist tour operator that sold incredible holidays for 15 years, focused on creating personalised trips and offering great value for money. Their specialist teams dedicated to Africa, Asia and Latin America, provided off-the-beaten-track knowledge, creating trips to match budget and expectations, and memories that last a lifetime.

Imagine Travel was founded by Ben Morison, who grew up in Sudan and Kenya and having previously worked in travel, noticed the untapped potential for a travel company offering trips to clients who wished to embark on a tailor-made itinerary, created for them and only them, without an extortionate price tag. This combination seemed idealistic, but with passion and drive, Ben kick-started the growth of an upcoming industry and Imagine Africa went on to be named the ‘Best Small Wildlife and Safari Company’ at the British Travel Awards.

With success under his belt, Ben expanded his unique company ethos further and established Imagine Asia and Imagine Latin America. By recruiting specialists who knew the areas like the back of their hand, he ensured the expert knowledge that Imagine was founded on remained paramount to the service provided and the holidays fashioned.

In 2013, Imagine Travel was acquired by Scott Dunn and since then, the two brands have grown in tandem – building on existing long-standing relationships with hotels, safari camps and guides, and delivering exceptional, personalised travel experiences to thousands of guests, from gorilla trekking in Uganda to jaguar spotting in remote Brazilian savannahs.

As the events of 2020 unfolded, we took the time to reflect and innovate, and made the decision to merge Imagine Travel with Scott Dunn, recognising that both brands share much of the same DNA:
