Explore the stilt houses and the small waterfalls nearby while your guide explains about the customs and traditions of the Tay ethnic group that inhabit this picturesque village. Head over the suspension bridge and pass through the rice fields to the Red Dzao village of Nam Toong. Enjoy a packed lunch at the village surrounded by local houses. Afterwards the trek takes us uphill to My Son village inhabited by Xa Pho, one of the smallest ethnic groups in Vietnam. Take some time to rest your legs and meet the locals before being transferred back to Sapa in the late afternoon. This thrilling experience totals approximately 12km of trekking, so it's designed for those who consider themselves fairly fit.
