Living Retreats at Blue Waters
These group programs are designed to offer personal attention to create bespoke plans to fit individual requirements. Starting with a detailed lifestyle and health consultation, the Blue Waters wellness experts will look at aspects such as stress management, sleep patterns and heart functionality to identify personal supplements to help fast-track sustainable results.
A typical day would begin with a revitalising yoga session, before a functional exercise class which would be followed by a nutritious breakfast. A further session such as pilates or body conditioning would precede a healthy lunch, with Living Retreats options available at any of the Blue Waters restaurants. The afternoon is free for relaxing spa treatments, family time or wellness consultations, before a further functional exercise class and a re-balance/educational session.
The program is perfect for clients wishing to depart from their vacation revitalised, energised and relaxed and looking and feeling fantastic.
The Living Retreats program runs from May to October.
