Prasat Muang Singh

Cambodia, previously known as the Khmer Kingdom, was once a flourishing empire that reached well beyond the country's current borders. This is evident in the Khmer-style temples that can be found throughout Southeast Asia, including in Kanchanaburi in Thailand.
The temples of the Prasat Muang Singh Historical Park are some of the best examples of Khmer architecture in Thailand. It is estimated that the site was constructed between 857 and 1157, and the temples were restored in 1987.
