Adigar's Manor is an exceptional example of an ancestral home, dating back 200 years, is set in glorious jungle gardens 15 minutes outside of the town of Kandy, the cultural capital of the island. The restoration has been undertaken with great care and the result mixes colonial charm and elegance with modern design touches. Dining takes place outside on a sheltered veranda and the menu is different every day offering a fusion of traditional Sri Lankan delicacies with modern international dishes and flavours, using the freshest ingredients to be found in local markets.
