With two large double bedrooms, the Ashley Mackenzie Villa is a great choice for families or two couples travelling together. Each of the bedrooms has an en suite Edwardian-style bathroom with tiled walls and a freestanding bathtub with views to a private garden. In addition, a beautiful open-plan drawing room connects the two bedrooms and is appointed with an open fireplace, high ceiling and polished wood dining table, along with french doors opening out onto the lawn. Whilst staying in the Ashley Mackenzie Villa, you will also have exclusive use of the Fantail Spa, which includes a sauna, outdoor hot tub, gym and treatment room.
The Pukaki Homestead is also made up of two spacious double bedrooms, styled as a European farmhouse, both with french doors opening out onto a private courtyard with views over Mt Cook and the Ben Ohau range. Both bedrooms have super king beds that can also be made up into two king single beds. The homestead features one large Edwardian style bathroom with tesselated French Winkelmann tile flooring, Perrin and Rowe tapware and both a bathtub and shower. In addition, guests can relax in the homestead's charming library which also looks out over the mountain range.
On site guests may also use the tennis court, petanque and croquest sets on the lawn, and the curling rink in the winter months. There is also the onsite Pukaki Cellar Observatory where world-class stargazing can be had.
