Mushara Outpost is located in a private game reserve, about 10 km from the von Lindquist Gate of Etosha National Park. The lodge has just eight contemporary tented suites, which are built on raised wooden platforms. The suites have glass doors which open onto the shady deck area.
The main area at Mushara Outpost has been constructed in the style of a traditional farmhouse with a corrugated iron roof and a wrap around veranda. The whole lodge has been very stylishly but comfortably furnished. There is also a large swimming pool in the grounds, perfect to cool off during the heat of the day.
The activities at Mushara Outpost are concentrated on 4x4 safari game drives into Etosha National Park, an area renowned for its dramatic arid landscapes and excellent game viewing, particularly around the watering holes.
