Despite being set in a fairly quiet location in a residential area, Villa Samadhi is just a 10-minute walk from the city centre of Kuala Lumpur. This offers the best of both worlds; being able to easily explore the key sites of the city, and then retreat to a peaceful haven after a busy day of exploring. The hotel only allows guests over the age of 12, and so this is perfect for honeymooners and couples.
The property is designed to feel like a traditional villa. There are only 21 rooms and they are all wonderfully spacious, with large beds, lots of floor space and enormous bathrooms. They all have an outdoor terrace, some with direct pool access. The higher room categories have a Jacuzzi tub or plunge pool, and a few even have a kitchenette.
The villa encompasses a charming pool area, dotted with shaded cabanas and fringed by lush green plants and trees. There is only one restaurant at the hotel, but it is excellent, offering a range of local and international cuisine made using seasonal produce. You can also benefit from a complimentary shuttle to the hotel's sister restaurants around the city.
