Komaneka resorts are well known for their exceptional and personal service and Komeneka at Bisma is no different, the staff here will go above and beyond to ensure you stay is as enjoyable as possible.
-
The views around the property are stunning, expect lush green rice terraces, swaying palm trees and an infinity pool you won’t be able to resist dipping into.
-
Although only one main restaurant, you are just a short 10 minute walk into Ubud town where there is an abundance of fantastic local dining options.
-
As well as the incredible Wana Jiwa spa, the hotel offers a range of unique experiences including tree top picnics, Balinese cooking lessons and also complimentary yoga classes for those interested in wellness.
Just a 10-minute walk from central Ubud, the Komaneka at Bisma is a sophisticated and luxurious boutique resort, with a small number of suites and villas creating an intimate and friendly environment. Although the property is close to the town centre, the stunning views of the river valley, rice fields and coconut groves, at this tropical green oasis, makes you feel a million miles away from the hustle and bustle of central Ubud.
There are 34 spacious suites with large balconies and beautifully appointed living spaces. There is an option to have a private pool and two-bedroom suites can also be booked. Alternatively, there are nine delightful one and two-bedroom villas, with private pools. The interiors all feature extensive use of wood, fine Indonesian textiles, original art and luxury bathrooms. The Seneng Kitchen serves high quality cuisine overlooking the pool and the spectacular scenery. One of the resort’s highlights is the 33-metre infinity lap pool set within the tropical gardens and adjacent to the leisure pool. Guests can also make use of the handsome Wana Jiwa Spa complex on the riverbank.

If staying in one of the Suites, I would recommend taking the option to enjoy breakfast on your private balcony. There is plenty of space and enjoying a delicious breakfast overlooking the treetops is a great way to start the day.
