The Barrière group transformed the former Les Neiges hotel in December 2016 into a luxurious retreat, in an enviable location in Courchevel. The hotel has since rebranded as Barrière Courchevel Fouquet's, but maintains the warmth of a mountain chalet with elegant contemporary furniture.
Each of the 42 rooms and suites are decorated in an elegant chalet style, oozing warmth and character. Most rooms feature a balcony or terrace with mountain views of the Trois Vallee's. The hotel has two gourmet restaurants and one chalet dining experience. Fouquet's combines French gastronomy and local flavours, and for a more intimate setting you can dine in Chalet Fouquet's where you can enjoy savoyard specialities. BFire, B for Barrière and F for wood-fired, is a new dining concept by top chef Mauro Colagreco. He showcases his Argentinian roots and inventive flair with wood-fired cuisine.
