Food is prepared with fresh local ingredients from the organic garden. Guests can explore the surrounding nature trails accompanied by a private eco-concierge. The hotel has 11 Suites but only 2 River View Suites, these are located right on the bubbling torrent which streaks through the property and offer more privacy in their outdoor jacuzzis that some of the other rooms.

The best way to get as close as possible to the spectacular Arenal Volcano is to walk the reserve’s easy series of trails, which will take you through secondary rainforest and former lava fields. The park is known for its diverse wildlife.
