Internationally acclaimed Argentine chef Francis Mallmann showcases the best of Argentine cuisine at the hotel's signature restaurant, Siete Fuegos. Translated to “seven fires,” the restaurant showcases Mallmann’s open flame cooking techniques, inspired by Argentine gauchos and refined throughout 12,000 years of history, with a touch of French influence from Francis' years in Paris and the Hamptons. Here you can enjoy sampling delicious local, seasonal ingredients paired with the restaurant's selection of Argentina's best wines - 250 - carefully curated by The Vines’ Wine Director and sommelier team. The Vines Resort & Spa also has five separate wineries offering tastings on the property, including four privately owned brands and the resort's own.
