- Upper middle salary quartile has 22.2% men and 77.8% women
- Lower middle salary quartile has 35.3% men and 64.7% women
- Lower salary quartile has 25.9% men and 74.1% women
- Women’s bonus pay is 34% higher (mean) and 18.2% lower (median)
- 48.3% of men and 72% of women received bonus pay
