Andrew Wong

Inspired by a culinary working tour of the kitchens and restaurants of China, Andrew Wong returned to London to offer regional Chinese cuisine in a neighborhood-style restaurant setting in London Victoria, a restaurant once run by his parents. Restaurant A Wong in London’s Victoria has been recognised as one of the best Chinese restaurants in the country, having received a Michelin star in 2017 and three AA Rosettes.

Anthony Genovese

Italian Chef Anthony Genovese draws on his extensive travels around Asia and his childhood in France, bringing a unique perspective to Italian fine dining. Having been head chef in Michelin starred restaurants in Florence and Ravello, Anthony settled in Rome in 2003 to open a restaurant of his own. Located in the heart of Rome, Il Pagliaccio has been awarded two Michelin stars, and is a celebration of modern Italian gastronomy.

Mauro Colagreco

The Italian- Argentine born Mauro, has two Michelin stars to his name. His restaurant, Mirazur in Menton on the Cote d’Azur, was awarded No.4 in the The World’s 50 Best Restaurants 2017 and with views across the French Riviera married with his famed Mediterranean inspired dishes, we can understand why.

Monica Galetti

The Samoan born New Zealand chef, Monica Galetti, opened her first restaurant, Mere, in London’s Fitzrovia in March 2017. After a career spanning 16 years working alongside Michel Roux Jr at the famed Le Gavroche restaurant, Galetti’s own menus combine the flavors of her heritage with contemporary fine dining techniques, guaranteeing a unique culinary experience.

Pierre Koffmann

Pierre Koffman began his career at Le Gavroche with the Roux brothers before opening the brothers' Waterside Inn in 1972, which received two Michelin stars. At his own restaurant, La Tainte Claire, he achieved superlative success, holding three coveted Michelin stars for fifteen years. After a brief hiatus, Koffmann is back on the foodie scene and is due to open a new brasserie in London later this year.
