Day 2: A Taste of Authentic Bangkok
Go beyond the guidebooks today on a culinary walk through the characterful neighbourhood of Bangrak. With your expert guide, you’ll meet the families behind the area’s legendary food stalls, sampling recipes passed down through generations. The highlight is a visit to a hidden restaurant, exclusively arranged for you, run by the descendants of the Thai royal family. It’s a wonderful way to understand the heart of Thai culture through its incredible food, tasting authentic flavors you simply wouldn't find on your own.
Day 3: Bangkok’s Secret Green Oasis
Today you’ll discover a side of Bangkok few get to see. We’ll take you across the river to Bang Krachao, the city's 'green lung', for a gentle family cycle tour. You'll pedal along shaded, traffic-free pathways, stopping to learn about Muay Thai boxing from a local master and paddling a canoe through a tranquil tunnel of nipa palms. Day 4: A Northern Welcome to Chiang Mai
Leaving the capital behind, a short flight brings you to the cultural heart of Northern Thailand, Chiang Mai. Your driver will be there to greet you for the seamless transfer to your hotel. The pace shifts here, from the energy of the city to the gentle charm of the north. Spend the afternoon settling in and enjoying your new surroundings. Perhaps take a dip in the pool or simply relax on your balcony, watching the gentle flow of local life begin to unfold around you.
Day 5: Creative Sparks in a Craft Village
Today is all about fun and creativity for the whole family. You’ll hop aboard a classic songtaew for a ride out of the city to Baan Kang Wat, a charming artists’ village. Here, you and the children can try your hand at everything from pottery to creating your own notebooks in workshops run by local craftspeople. It’s a relaxed and inspiring day of making things together. Afterwards, we’ll treat you to a delicious local lunch of famous chicken noodles, followed by a trip to a nearby homemade ice cream shop.
Day 6: A Gentle Encounter with GiantsAfter a leisurely morning, this afternoon holds a truly special experience. We will take you to Chang Chill, a sanctuary dedicated to the welfare of elephants. This is a place for respectful observation, where you can watch these magnificent animals forage and socialize in their natural habitat. Your guide and the local mahouts will share fascinating insights into their lives and behaviour. It’s a moving and educational encounter that offers a meaningful connection with Thailand’s most revered animal, leaving a lasting impression on the whole family.
Day 7: A Day of Northern Flavors
Today is a full immersion into northern Thai cuisine. Should you wish, your morning can be spent at a family-run cooking school, learning the secrets behind your favorite dishes. Later, as evening falls, you’ll dive into Chiang Mai’s vibrant food scene with a private guide. You’ll explore the bustling night market at the old city's South Gate, tasting authentic delicacies from crispy pancakes to sweet mango with sticky rice. It’s a day to delight the senses and create delicious memories together.

Day 8: Travel Day: From Northern Hills to Southern Seas
This morning, a private transfer will take you to Chiang Mai International Airport for your flight south. Upon arrival in either Phuket or Krabi, a resort representative will meet your family and transfer you to the pier.
The final leg of your journey is the scenic highlight: a speedboat ride that cuts across the stunning Phang Nga Bay. This route offers truly breathtaking views of the towering limestone karsts that famously dot the water, delivering you directly to the resort's jetty at the Anantara Koh Yao Yai Resort & Villas. You will then be escorted to your family villa to settle in.
Days 9–11: Island Bliss on Koh Yao YaiYour adventure culminates in pure relaxation. Your family villa offers plenty of space, complete with a private pool. These days are entirely yours to design. You could charter a longtail boat to explore the iconic limestone karsts of Phang Nga Bay, discover hidden coves for a family picnic, or simply unwind by the sea while the children enjoy the fantastic kids' club.
Day 12: Departure
