The majority of the coastal region, including the city of Dubrovnik, is considered to be a year round destination. The warmest months of the year are July and August, during which time the daytime high temperatures will hover around the low 30°C's. The coldest months of the year on average are January and February, during which time the daytime highs will be around 12°C. The rainiest months of the year are generally November and December, with the summer months being fairly dry.

Villa Dubrovnik features 56 Residence units which have been especially designed to create an atmosphere of privacy, pleasure and relaxation. The floor to ceiling glass windows in the rooms and suites provide breath taking views of the sea. The en-suite bathrooms have been luxuriously designed to provide a relaxing bathing atmosphere.
Children of all ages are welcome to stay at Villa Duborovnik, however there are no specific childcare facilities available.
Restaurant Pjerin is located idyllically on the cliffs overlooking the sea with an unparalleled view of the old city. The menu is heavily influenced by Mediterranean cuisine and the chef prepares delicious dishes with fine ingredients. The Al Fresco Bar Giardino is a casual bar where you can enjoy a light lunch, your favorite coffee or a refreshing drink. The Prosciutto & Wine Bar offers a tempting selection of international wines and prosciuttos all day and all night. With its rooftop location, it is a splendid place to watch the sun rise or set.
The Villa has an inviting Spa spread out over two floors. The trained therapists and beauticians offer a range of treatments to help you feel relaxed and rejuvenated. The spa features a sauna, steam room, a fitness room and a welcoming indoor pool. It is the perfect place to escape from the hustle and bustle of the modern life and indulge in some 'you' time. As soon as you arrive at Villa Dubrovnik you know you're staying somewhere very special. After being greeted with a warm smile you're escorted to an elevator which takes you from street level down to the hotel lobby terrace where you're straight away wowed by beautiful sea views, contemporary and bright interior design, and the most enormous candles! A key highlight of this property are the complementary transfers to and from Dubrovnik old town, which on sunny days are done by luxury speed boat - amazing! Although they don't have an outdoor swimming pool, their indoor pool opens out onto a spacious terrace where you can relax on sun loungers between lengths, as well as a number of loungers on rock terraces for those who prefer swimming in the sea and relaxing by the waters edge.
