This tour of Ramallah will bring you to the Yasser Arafat Museum and his memorial tomb.
Located just north of Jerusalem at the central West Bank, Ramallah was historically an Arab Christian town and presently one of the most important cities within the Palestinian territories.
Next to the ornate tomb of the late Palestinian leader lies a new museum which bears his name. The first half of the museum narrates the story's of Arafat's life, his Fatah movement and other Palestinian factions. The second section is the very site where Arafat spent his final years during his siege from 2001 to 2014.
