I was born in Australia and have always had a curious spirit. This has led me to explore all seven continents and more than 60 countries, driven by a love of adventure, food and wine, and the stories of ancient civilisations.
Whether cycling through Provence, hiking the Inca trail, photographing Antarctic penguins, or just taking in the views, I always want to connect to a place and its' people. More recently, I’m learning to travel with a young family in tow, where luxury is as much about ease and authenticity as it is about sharing the wonder of the world together.

What’s the most incredible natural phenomenon you have witnessed?
Watching thousands of penguins return to Antarctica at the start of their mating season was incredible.

What's the best thing you've ever brought back from your travels?
I hate to be cliché, but it is photographs. Locally made quality jewellery is a close second.

Guinea Pig at one of the world's best restaurants in Lima.
